Our experience was top notch! We talked to the manager and our waitress about our son who has celiac. They went the extra mile to make sure his food was safe. The manager explained how his food was handled. He was able to enjoy a burger with a gluten free bun and French fries!!! Will be returning!

They have GF buns and dedicated fryers for fries. The burger comes out with a purple flag to indicate GF. A fried egg or bacon toppings are NOT GF unfortunately. They don’t have a GF menu but you can use their online allergen tool to screen out gluten or other allergens and it will show you what you can eat on the menu and any modifications.

Excellent and delicious! Our meal was prepared and delivered by the manager who personally made sure there was no cross-contamination. They were very cautious and our server Toni was sure to double check everything and answer our questions. They had no problem when I asked that our toppings be taken out of the walk-in instead of on the line. First time dining out since diagnosis and their exceptional service put me at ease. I will be eating here again soon!

Update 3/10/17: Went again this evening a little before 6pm. Our server Allen was an excellent listener and didn't complain about my many requests. He even wrote them all down to be able to communicate them to the kitchen staff and even suggested/checked ingredients of a few sauce options. Very understanding and I so appreciated his extra effort!

Overall - I've never had symptoms of CC here. I always order my fries without seasoning. GF buns are OK but I prefer a lettuce wrapped sandwich instead. I like the Red Robin menu online to know what/how to order.

Contrary to another reviewer, the staff informed me that the fries have a dedicated fryer. However, the sweet potato fries need to be requested GF since they are usually fried in the same fryer as onion rings. The fry seasoning is questionable - I don't ever risk it. Yummy GF buns at a reasonable $1 charge. Their vegan options are not GF. I always get a free birthday burger and every 10th burger free with a Red Royalty card. This is one of the only places I feel really safe getting a completely GF burger & fries meal. No lettuce wrap necessary :)

One of my favorite parts about Red Robin is the fries... Every Red Robin I have been to had a dedicated fryer, but sadly at the Norman Oklahoma Red Robin they DO NOT HAVE A DEDICATED FRYER!!! Other reviews have stated that they do, something must have changed! Also, when I talked to the manager about my order (as I always do) he truly seemed confused and admitted as much, because "No one ever orders this way." Will not come back!

They now have an amazing GF bun! YAY! And their fries are GF if you ask for them with no seasoning. Everytime I've been there, the wait staff has been very knowledgeable about GF food. I love going to Red Robin!

Absolutely amazing! I have been coming quite often. I just let my waitress know about my gluten allergy, and I have never had any problems. I usually get french fries (they have a separate gluten free fryer) and a chicken Caesar salad. Thank you Red Robin staff :)

Always a trusted option when looking to eat out

My family used to go to Red Robin. Pretty good about my very severe allergies to wheat, barley, cashew, and pistachio. I always got the plain chicken breast which is pretty good.

Our experience was great. Our server was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions with confidence. He was fantastic as a server! We order the kids grilled chicken with French fries and ranch, which the server said was GF without even me asking. We will be back.
