Red Robin has a gluten free menu online, which made it easy to know what to order. We ordered burgers and fries for pickup, and when our food came, they double checked with us about our allergens.
The service was slightly slower than their website predicted, but only by 5-10 minutes.

Amazing service! I let my waitress know I had a gluten allergy and they brought me out my food wearing special gloves. I ordered a cheese burger with a gluten free bun. Also, their fries are fried in a separate frier.

They are always helpful. If they don't know the answer, they find someone who knows. Sometimes service is slow. Great food!
Completely unsafe! Do not waste your time. The hostess did not know what gluten free was the. I ordered the Cobb salad it came out with blue cheese, when I told the server it had blue cheese he said you need to tell me these things and the kitchen doesn't always know. STAY AWAY from this location

It was a Wed night and we had a 45 min wait! Guessing they were low on staff as 1/2 the restaurant was empty. Food wasn’t great. They seemed to know about GF. I went because their fries are GF. They weren’t hot and we never got asked if we wanted refills (bottomless fries). My daughters order was wrong and my husbands sandwich was soggy. Not going back!

Our server was very helpful when I asked for bbq on my burger. He checked to see if it was gluten free then returned to let me know it was not but that they had another that was.

My family eats here frequently and my celiac daughter has never once gotten sick. They are very careful about cross contamination and usually very friendly and helpful. My daughter loves their gluten free bun, she says it's the best she's ever had. She also loves their chili fries, salads and root beer floats.

I am disappointed. yes the food was good. The hamburger was good. The service sucked. We went around 1:30 pm the parking lot was pretty empty. It took 20 minutes for someone to come take the order. The restaurant was almost empty so not sure why we had to wait so long. They use Udi buns which they nuke. Mine was so tough I had a hard time cutting it.

Stopped here on the way to Chicago becausr Red Robins have always been reliable. It was the single worst experience we have ever had at a Red Robin. Poor service, mistakes on our order, we waited over 20 min just to be greeted. Hoping I was observant and assertive enough that there wasn't cross contamination for my 3 girls. Time will tell... I would not recommend this restaurant based on inconsistencies and server knowledge.

Absolutely amazing! I have been coming quite often. I just let my waitress know about my gluten allergy, and I have never had any problems. I usually get french fries (they have a separate gluten free fryer) and a chicken Caesar salad. Thank you Red Robin staff :)

My family used to go to Red Robin. Pretty good about my very severe allergies to wheat, barley, cashew, and pistachio. I always got the plain chicken breast which is pretty good.

Our experience was great. Our server was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions with confidence. He was fantastic as a server! We order the kids grilled chicken with French fries and ranch, which the server said was GF without even me asking. We will be back.
