I visited tonight with two gluten eaters and I said to the waitress, Nancy, that I had a gluten and dairy allergy. I was given an ipad that I could select all my allergies and it would show the menu with substitutes. I was very pleased at their ability to cater to my restrictions. Not a crazy amount of options but still so much better than going to restaurant and only getting fries and a salad. I didn't click further but the menu offered egg, milk, gluten and wheat, vegan, and a few other dietary restrictions. I believe the best way to ensure the food is made correctly is to say at the door I need a gluten free menu, then again inform the waitress when you are seated and while ordering. Don't be afraid to ask questions!

I have waited a long time to write this review but I have eaten at this location many time's but the last time I was here was my last. I expressed my severity of my disease and how important it was to be gluten free. My waitress was extremely careless and I could tell she didn't want to be there that day. We got what we ordered and she reassured me that it was gluten free, I started eating and only got into two bites of my burger and fries before my symptoms started. The reaction was so bad that I ended up in the hospital 9 times after eating here. I normally have a lot of faith in the place but will never again eat here. It has gone down hill with their service.

Red Robin has gluten-free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free-fries. Please verify with your server.
Never had a problem here, anyone I’ve spoken to seemed knowledgeable enough to keep celiac friendly

I was attending a work meeting in the area and was happy to find Red Robin. I've ate at many r.b's and have NEVER had a reaction but unfortunately this was not the case this time.
My server seemed to lack knowledge on the whole gluten thing- that should have been warning sign number 1. But being with others I let it go and stressed the importance of being gf.
I did receive what I ordered.
But several hours later my gluten symptoms showed up. Bathroom, fast heart beat, etc.
It took me 7 days to get back to normal!
~ I know that it's hard to say for 100% sure that I was glutened here but I feel confident that I was.
This is a chance we all take when eating out in a restaurant that is not 100% Celiac friendly. Good Luck!

they offer gluten free buns for any of the burgers which is awesome. they also ask if your gf diet is preference or allergy so they can cook accordingly. been twice and took forever to get our food. also a little bit more pricey than I would like for burgers.
Absolutely amazing! I have been coming quite often. I just let my waitress know about my gluten allergy, and I have never had any problems. I usually get french fries (they have a separate gluten free fryer) and a chicken Caesar salad. Thank you Red Robin staff :)

Always a trusted option when looking to eat out
My family used to go to Red Robin. Pretty good about my very severe allergies to wheat, barley, cashew, and pistachio. I always got the plain chicken breast which is pretty good.

Our experience was great. Our server was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions with confidence. He was fantastic as a server! We order the kids grilled chicken with French fries and ranch, which the server said was GF without even me asking. We will be back.

The staff was very good about the cross contamination and even brought my food out separate.
