Went here last night with my boyfriend, we called ahead of time to see if they had GF veggie burgers. Our waiter (Jordan) was so knowledgeable about the GF options talked me through the whole process how they have a dedicated allergy kit and part of the kitchen for preparing GF foods including a dedicated fryer. He explained that the veggie burgers can be made GF and recommended I got the lettuce wrap since he said he didn't find the bun to be so good. I'm so glad I got the lettuce wrap it was very good, alittle pricey for a small veggie burger but the unlimited fries even it out ;) he even brought me a GF bun on the house to try, that is why I gave this 4 out of 5, the buns were soggy and spongey and when they hardened within ins they were like rocks! I find it ridiculous that they charge an extra $2 for the gross GF bun, I wish they had a better option but for now I'll save the calories for the fries and have the lettuce and wrap ;)
The staff was rude and a manager compared my celiac to her daughters... and then purposely contaminated the sweet potato fries with onion rings after we already let her know our “gluten free appetizer had onion rings in the chips. We didn’t tell her wanting free food. I reported to let her know that it was unacceptable. She acted like an abusive bully and yelled at my boyfriend when he explained for the second time what happened.

Server, Andy, made sure he listed my gluten allergy as well as checked ingredients with me on their menu. It was great. Thanks, Andy!!!!
Red Robin has gluten-free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free-fries. Please verify with your server.
Eaten here many times without a problem. The last time, I found a fried onion on my burger but they took it back and made a new one from scratch and apologized a ton about the mistake.
Burgers are dripping in grease
Love this place!
Absolutely amazing! I have been coming quite often. I just let my waitress know about my gluten allergy, and I have never had any problems. I usually get french fries (they have a separate gluten free fryer) and a chicken Caesar salad. Thank you Red Robin staff :)

Always a trusted option when looking to eat out
My family used to go to Red Robin. Pretty good about my very severe allergies to wheat, barley, cashew, and pistachio. I always got the plain chicken breast which is pretty good.

Our experience was great. Our server was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions with confidence. He was fantastic as a server! We order the kids grilled chicken with French fries and ranch, which the server said was GF without even me asking. We will be back.

The staff was very good about the cross contamination and even brought my food out separate.
