The burger was delicious! I wasn't a fan of the fries but I prefer mine cooked longer and maybe then they would have been decent. I didn't have any reaction at all. My waitress was knowledgeable about what items are gf, so that was definitely a plus. I will definitely go back to this location.

The staff were outstanding....the service was absolutely top notch. The seperate GF menu is fantastic and the staff understood the importance of ensuring the food was GF. Also ticked the box for affordability. A great family restaurant that I would highly recommend. Well done Red Robin.

Ate there today and it was great! I have eaten there many times in the past and have never had a problem at the Jackson TN location. Staff was also great!

Red Robin is generally a good choice for Celiacs with their gluten free bun option and cross contamination protocols (including dedicated fry fryer). We have had good experiences at this location but the last time we ate there my son got sick from cross contamination.

The food was great "except" for the gluten-free buns! They were the usual dry and tasteless variety.

I tried red robin cause I heard they had a gluten free bun , it was so good that I've eaten there 4 times this week, and there fries are also gluten free, just order them without the spices. Also be sure to get the bun toasted, it holds together nicely.

Absolutely amazing! I have been coming quite often. I just let my waitress know about my gluten allergy, and I have never had any problems. I usually get french fries (they have a separate gluten free fryer) and a chicken Caesar salad. Thank you Red Robin staff :)

Always a trusted option when looking to eat out

My family used to go to Red Robin. Pretty good about my very severe allergies to wheat, barley, cashew, and pistachio. I always got the plain chicken breast which is pretty good.

Our experience was great. Our server was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions with confidence. He was fantastic as a server! We order the kids grilled chicken with French fries and ranch, which the server said was GF without even me asking. We will be back.
