I have eaten at this location and others many times. Never a problem. Staff sensitive and aware of celiac disease. Menu has decent size of gluten free choices. Red Robin is the only restaurant where I’m not constantly thinking if there was cross contamination.

When i called to place a to go order they said they knew how to handle allergens. The gentleman that took my order seemed syper knowledgeable. However, within 10 minutes of consuming the burger, my celiac husband was throwing up. Our guess is the mayo that was spread on the bun had been contaminated, possibly by an undertrained kitchen staff.

We visit RR all over, and love how accommodating they are. We have gluten, egg, dairy and nut allergies between all four of us, and the staff in all three RR are kind to us. It makes it easy if you have their allergen app on your phone, or they have a tablet they can check.

Red Robin takes allergy issues seriously. Along with gluten, I'm also allergic to eggs, dairy, and soy.

Red Robin has an interactive allergen menu on their website. Pick what you can't have, and it will tell you exactly what you can have. Fries are cooked in dedicated fryers. If you tell them that you have allergies, there is an allergy alert on your ticket and they are on it.

Last time we were there, they accidentally put seasoning on my burger, so they remade it and apologized profusely.

They get my money every time.

Absolutely amazing! I have been coming quite often. I just let my waitress know about my gluten allergy, and I have never had any problems. I usually get french fries (they have a separate gluten free fryer) and a chicken Caesar salad. Thank you Red Robin staff :)

My family used to go to Red Robin. Pretty good about my very severe allergies to wheat, barley, cashew, and pistachio. I always got the plain chicken breast which is pretty good.

Our experience was great. Our server was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions with confidence. He was fantastic as a server! We order the kids grilled chicken with French fries and ranch, which the server said was GF without even me asking. We will be back.
