The burgers were like hockey pucks. The waitress spent more time on her phone then help her tables. Honestly I have gone to this Red Robin for years and then stopped because I was not impressed with the food then decided to give it another shot only to be further disappointed. Then my wife got sick after eating there from cross contamination.

I have Celiac. I called ahead and spoke with the manager. Dedicated fryer, standard change gloves/wipe down counter procedure, really understanding and well educated staff. No issues here! Only give four stars because they accidentally put cheese on my burger and I'm lactose intolerant lol. But that's not as big a deal as gluten for me.

Ate a burger on gluten free bun today... My stomach says otherwise. Use caution if you have Celiac!

Red Robin has gluten-free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free-fries. Please verify with your server.

Very friendly and we'll informed staff! Super helpful and non judgemental about celiac customers. No issues physically after eating at this location!
Had a great expierience ordering over the phone for a to go order! The lady who helped me was very knowledgeable and will to help me find something I really like. Let's hope it tastes just as great! Thanks Red Robin
red robin has been very hit or miss for us. we have had successful visits only about 50% of the time. it seems that during lunch (when it's slower, perhaps?) we've been able to eat without my husband getting contaminated . every time we've come in at dinner time and it's busier, despite extensively explaining to the server who writes it all in red (they've shown us) he gets contaminated every. single. time. we love that they have a website that lists their gluten free products, but it's very frustrating to use for my husband. we love that they have dedicated fryers and are generally knowledgeable about allergens, etc. but this needs to be ALL the time. being busy doesn't excuse them to be sloppy or irresponsible and make someone sick.
The gluten free bun was not bad and the fries and burger overall didn't seem to upset me. The only issue was when I mentioned I had a "gluten allergy" the waiter just seemed to brush it off, not really taking it to seriously.
Excellent food and great gluten free options. They will go out of their way to provide the best possible options and the service it's outstanding!

A very safe place for celiacs. Staff is knowledgeable about gluten-free. Their gluten-free hamburger bun is the best I have experienced at any restaurant. Gluten-free fries are cooked in a dedicated fryer, but avoid the dipping sauces except for ketchup.

Red Robin is my go to place for burgers and fries when I want a bun. The buns are always fantastic. The fries are cooked in their own dedicated friers. So far I have not gotten sick. The staff is well trained on gluten allergy issues.

If your not looking to eat healthy then getting a burger from Red Robin is your place! The Royal Red burger is the most flavorful. Gluten free bun is a nice to give you other options to go out with people that might not be gluten free.
I had not eaten here before - it's a burger and fries place after all. They are not known to be great places for Celiacs. My daughter have me a gift card so I tried it. I highly recommend it! The staff is well versed in allergens and works hard to give you a great experience. Their gluten free buns are excellent.

Very Happy Girl! They had a great selection for gluten free and other food allergies. I even got a gluten free bun with my burger. Good food with no problems.

Love the gluten free choices either a bun or lettuce wrap. Food is really good too.
Wait staff is great about communicating gluten allergies to the kitchen and kitchen staff is careful about cross contamination as well. A trusted source for me!
My first time at a Red Robin and I loved it! Had a burger and fries (gluten free) and they came with a little purple stick in it to indicate gluten allergy. Waitress was wonderful! (They also have pretty good ranch)

Notified server GF, ALLERGY. Ordered a burger GF bun. Fine until I quickly remembered that it had steak sauce on it ISN’T GF.
After asking this server about it, he didn’t know so he wouldn’t ask the chef and he didn’t know so he sent the bottle out to me. It clearly states that it has barley vinegar in the ingredients. Seriously disappointing that the kitchen staff is preparing “gluten-free food” and they have no idea what has or doesn’t have gluten in it.
Nice way to ruin the end of my trip. And will be sick for the next couple of weeks.

This Red Robin use to be my go to place. But the last two times I have been glutenized and got sick. I longer recommend this restaurant.

Always a reliable choice. Red Robin's online allergen menu is extremely helpful and in-depth, symptomatic celiac been coming here for many years and never had a problem. It's not fine dining or anything but it's about as good as it gets for a huge chain restaurant like this.
