They have a well marked allergen menu. The burger came out marked for an allergy, and the server confirmed that the fries came from the dedicated “allergy fryer.” The fry seasoning on the table is labeled gluten free. My sensitive celiac child did not get sick.

My burger and fries were A+. You can have the fries without the seasoning. They could use salt

Servers can be asked to put an allergy warning on your ticket. I explain I can’t have gluten without being very ill and ask for a gluten “allergy” warning.

Red Robin has gluten-free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free-fries. Please verify with your server.
The server was great. He asked whether I needed gluten-free because of preference. allergy or Celiac so that he could make sure the kitchen took proper precautions. They also do separate allergy-free fries. I'm not sure if they bake them or have their own fryer but I've eaten them multiple times and never got sick. My food has also always been marked for an allergy when it comes out.
I love that you can get fries which a lot of places that offer gluten-free burgers or sandwiches do not do. Also, the bun was properly handled and was a nice soft texture. Some places just through them in the microwave from the freezer and they are chewy or tough which has not been the case here.
Excellent, fast service and good management.

I eat here all the time. They have allergy safe French fries! And you can do a gluten free bun or a lettuce wrap if you want. I grew up without buns because they didn’t exist so I just do a plain cheese burger. I’ve never gotten sick, and my food always comes out with a little purple allergy stick in it. But, if you do get a refill of allergy fries, make sure you specify because sometimes they forget and bring out a basket of regular fries. Unless they have the purple allergy stick, or the server tells me they are the allergy fries, I won’t eat them.

Service was horrible but the good was great. They were very knowledgeable about making the meal gluten-free and the bun was amazing

The reason for 2 stars is bc they have messed up my takeout order TWICE. This tells me the staff is not trained to take GF orders seriously and do not care/are not aware of how sick this can make people. I do enjoy their burger in a lettuce wrap but be ware when ordering takeout. They also screwed up my non GF family members meals so they have a problem in that department.

Had their veggie burger+fries today after being diagnosed celiac. They have a dedicated allergen menu online which tells you non GF ingredients in each dish. Liked it. Don’t feel glutened yet. Before being diagnosed as celiac, I used to love their jalapeño coins

I go here a couple times a month, am very sensitive to cross-contamination, and have never been glutened. Staff are great. Separate fryer. One of two places I trust. Not worth it to get glutened as will knock me off feet for about 5-6 days. No fear eating here and so delicious.

Love that they get GF!! Always order a gf cheeseburger with the gf bun and Allergan fries. The table seasoning is also gf! (If you're really sensitive like me, pick up all condiments in a napkin, so you won't cross contaminate yourself.)

They do not have a gluten free menu available anymore. They ask you to pull it up on your phone yet they do no have wifi. Very frustrating to order.
Manager and servers were all knowledgeable about Celiacs and gluten free. Burgers and fries were good. Dedicated fryer and option for a GF bun.

Southern Comfort burger on GF bun is the best burger I've had in 6 years!

Red Robin does a wonderful job ensuring that food is safe for people with gluten allergies. The servers are very knowledgable about the gluten free items, and they usually always double check to make sure our orders are GF. And the burgers are amazing either with a gf bun or on lettuce!
Great food allergies list! I go to this RR multiple times a month and have wonderful service that is always attentive to my gluten allergy. Managers make regular appearances and the staff is very quick to fix any errors right away. This staff is particularly friendly and helpful! It's also very beneficial to be in their Red Royalty program!
Great gluten free options! The manager came out and spoke to us about food handling procedures. Food was put in different color baskets and also delivered by manager to confirm gluten free. Great experience!
Absolutely amazing! I have been coming quite often. I just let my waitress know about my gluten allergy, and I have never had any problems. I usually get french fries (they have a separate gluten free fryer) and a chicken Caesar salad. Thank you Red Robin staff :)

Always a trusted option when looking to eat out
My family used to go to Red Robin. Pretty good about my very severe allergies to wheat, barley, cashew, and pistachio. I always got the plain chicken breast which is pretty good.

Our experience was great. Our server was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions with confidence. He was fantastic as a server! We order the kids grilled chicken with French fries and ranch, which the server said was GF without even me asking. We will be back.
