They go out of the way to make sure they don't cross me an the manager is very familiar with celiacs his daughter also has it so they are extremely trained We are weekly customers very few places you can trust but I do trust this one 💗

Wait staff were educated about celiac. Separate fryer for fries. GF menu. Food is chain-style burgers etc but they do offer GF buns or lettuce wraps. I wouldn’t drive out of my way to eat here but it’s a safe option if in the area.

Waitress was knowledgeable and when asked for gluten free menu I was handed a tablet where I could filter out any allergens and figure out what I wanted, for my order I did choose a gf bun, it was a little extra but to be expected, when it came out it was clearly marked, they also have gf frier, overall good experience, my stomach didn’t hurt so no cross contamination, though it did caution that cross contamination could occur with burger patties on the grill, but I’d consider this place pretty safe.

Red Robin has gluten-free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free-fries. Please verify with your server.
Good burgers with gluten free buns. Unsure about the processes in the back so hard to say if it’s celiac friendly. Those in our group eating here are only gluten sensitive and a gluten-free opt-in so we will be unable to detect cross contamination.
I told the waitress I have celiac disease, she assured me the fries were done in a dedicated fryer. I got a cheeseburger on the GF bun. I was up all night sick. I think there is an issue of cross contamination at this location. I’ve been to the Frederick one and never had a bad reaction.
No
Food is safe and I love Red Robin in general, but this particular one does not seem well-managed. Slow service. Not everything comes out correctly. Bathrooms dirty. Understaffed. Maybe I just came on a bad day?
Yes
The burgers are good, but the fries are questionable. The first two times I ate here, the server confirmed that the fries are GF because they're fried in a separate fryer. The last time I was there, the server said they're only GF if you ask for "no salt fries" because she said the seasoning they put on them after they're fried isn't GF. I'm not sure which server actually knew what they were talking about, but it's hard to trust a place that's inconsistent.
Always accommodating! The bun is quite yummy too.
The bun is so soft!
Absolutely amazing! I have been coming quite often. I just let my waitress know about my gluten allergy, and I have never had any problems. I usually get french fries (they have a separate gluten free fryer) and a chicken Caesar salad. Thank you Red Robin staff :)

Always a trusted option when looking to eat out
My family used to go to Red Robin. Pretty good about my very severe allergies to wheat, barley, cashew, and pistachio. I always got the plain chicken breast which is pretty good.

Our experience was great. Our server was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions with confidence. He was fantastic as a server! We order the kids grilled chicken with French fries and ranch, which the server said was GF without even me asking. We will be back.

The staff was very good about the cross contamination and even brought my food out separate.
