Red Robin

Been here several times. Not Udi's buns but I the manager gave me 3 extra buns to take home as it was my birthday and I wouldn't enjoy the regular bday treat. On one occassion I had to wait for my fries as they accidentally had cross-contamination and had to drain and refill the oil. I'm a regular there.

Beware! This store is very good at telling you how careful they are and how much they know about separate work spaces, cross contamination, etc. However, they don't put it into practice. I ate there a few times without incident and then one day my bun came out with sesame seeds stuck to the bottom of it. There are no sesame seeds on their GF buns, which means they had to have prepared it on a shared work surface and it was definitely contaminated. Fortunately I happened to notice these rogue seeds before I took a bite. The manager didn't give me his name or offer any apologies as I was explaining my fear of getting sick from the fries that I had already eaten off of the contaminated plate. Please save yourself the pain and avoid this restaurant.

I think they use Udi buns, soo good!

Absolutely amazing! I have been coming quite often. I just let my waitress know about my gluten allergy, and I have never had any problems. I usually get french fries (they have a separate gluten free fryer) and a chicken Caesar salad. Thank you Red Robin staff :)

Always a trusted option when looking to eat out

My family used to go to Red Robin. Pretty good about my very severe allergies to wheat, barley, cashew, and pistachio. I always got the plain chicken breast which is pretty good.

Our experience was great. Our server was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions with confidence. He was fantastic as a server! We order the kids grilled chicken with French fries and ranch, which the server said was GF without even me asking. We will be back.
