Called in a curbside order. Order messed up, had to wait for forgotten item. By then, first part of order wrong. No napkins or salt in bag. Over charged. Call mgr. and he was going to cancel the charges against our card. While that was decent, it didn’t solve for dinner, and by that time we were nearly 40 mins delayed in travel time. Not nearly as seamless as other Red Robin’s.

I have never had a problem here. I was told all Red Robin locations have a dedicated fryer for French fries, and as long as you don’t add their seasoning, they are GF. Never a problem with the fries.

We have good luck here and my daughter enjoys her cheeseburger on gf bun!

The most delicious GF buns I’ve ever had. Almost any burger can be done GF. Fries and chips are not in a dedicated fryer. Excellent service, especially in the bar area.

Absolutely amazing! I have been coming quite often. I just let my waitress know about my gluten allergy, and I have never had any problems. I usually get french fries (they have a separate gluten free fryer) and a chicken Caesar salad. Thank you Red Robin staff :)

Always a trusted option when looking to eat out

My family used to go to Red Robin. Pretty good about my very severe allergies to wheat, barley, cashew, and pistachio. I always got the plain chicken breast which is pretty good.

Our experience was great. Our server was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions with confidence. He was fantastic as a server! We order the kids grilled chicken with French fries and ranch, which the server said was GF without even me asking. We will be back.
