Red Robin

Ordered a wedgie burger and fries. I have allergies and immediately had a reaction. I took only two bites of my burger and reacted to it. First time this has happened at a Red Robin, however this is the first time I visited this location. Be careful when visiting this location. The waitress assured me that i the fries were safe, but couldn't speak for the burger.

Fries were fine but got nailed by the burgers. Wife is celiac and severely sick. I have a wheat allergy and was also hit badly by my burger. Staff is clearly not trained. She even ordered with no toppings to be the safest. Very scary** Avoid.

Great allergen menu (on iPad), clear communication of what was okay or not. Didn't get into any deep conversations to evaluate their general practices though. Had a cheeseburger and fries, so far so good.

Really good lunch ! I got the cheeseburger with a gluten free bun and allergy fries, with are fried in a separate fryer. Definitely recommend and the food was delicious, my waitress was very nice and knowledgeable of celiac’s disease.

when i mentioned i had celiac disease our waitress mentioned that she did too!! i was nervous coming here but that eased my anxiety. she helped me figure out the online interactive allergy menu, and made sure my fries all came from the gf fryer. they offer gluten free buns but i just got a lettuce wrap. fry sauce is not gluten free which was sad but she brought me mayo and ketchup. food came out marked with a purple pin- waitress mentioned they have purple pins, purple gloves, and purple knives and equipment to remind them while prepping food! burgers are made on the same grill but she stated they clean the grill well when things are ordered gf. i had no issues afterwords!!

I’ve been here multiple times and their burgers are always amazing. I haven’t had a better burger, and I have been trying to make a burger like Red Robin for years, and have never made it so good. Would highly recommend the reds double, they have separate fryers and gluten free buns.

Staff very knowledgeable. Dedicated GF fryer, so was able to order fries! GF items come out marked. Super fast service. Everything was delicious.
