Red Robin

There weren’t many GF options, so I ordered a grilled chicken dish with a side salad. I made clear that I have a gluten allergy. The side salad came out with some kind of crunchies on top. I had to flag down a different waiter (ours didn’t come back for a while), and she confirmed with the kitchen that it has gluten. I wouldn’t trust this place. Chicken was small and wine was warm as well.

If you go here, don't order delivery or takeout. The waitresses that take the orders are rude, lazy, and very unknowledgeable. They get an attitude when you ask them to make your fries GF. I've been glutened twice and the second time I was hospitalized for days. And that's after I asked them to make sure the fries were GF. Which they didn't.

Burger came out with a purple pick in it, which the waiter said indicated it was gluten free. Upon opening the burger, we saw breaded onions in it. Questioned it. And it was indeed gluten inside the gluten free order we made. Don’t go here. Not safe.

Dirty, and long wait every time I’ve been there. Aside from the endless fries which I can’t say are celiac friendly, but “gluten friendly”. It’s not the best place

Experience started off good - I informed our server of a gluten allergy and she brought me over an interactive allergen menu on an iPad, so I could see what my options were. I got the turkey burger on a GF bun, it was pretty good! They have a dedicated fryer, but at one point our server brought more fries and couldn't remember if they were made in the dedicated fryer or regular one. I didn't eat them. Ended up getting sick later that night so I'm not sure if they're educated on cross contamination. Pretty disappointing

Service very bad tonight. 40 minutes for a turkey burger to be served and they did not include the gf sauces- just a bare burger. Sweet potato fries took another ten minutes to come out. I eat in this chain in many different locations and it is usually a good experience but I won't be back to this one in Deptford.

Liked the fact that you can customize their menu. It was nice that the kitchen manager came out with an iPad and was able to answer any questions. My waitress was knowledgeable with knowing how the mushroom burger needed prepared so that I could have it. Nice experience

great place for a gluten free person to get a meal. yes their GF menu is on line but they will bring out an ipad for you to look at the menu.

I went to red robin before and they were very helpful, tonight it was a horrible experience. first you as the customer have to go on your phone and look up the gluten free menu. my waitress cut me off and acted like she knew what I was talking about when it came to my gf needs. I then received breaded chicken fingers. she then had no clue about what I needed and I received 3 pieces of grilled chicken on sticks. it was not that good either. they did at least comp my meal but it was definitely a frustrating experience. manager stated that they were told to discard all paper menus for allergies and for customers to use their phones. won't be going there again

So yummy!!! Totally gluten free buns just ask for g free fries!!! Tell them you have an allergy!

Absolutely amazing! I have been coming quite often. I just let my waitress know about my gluten allergy, and I have never had any problems. I usually get french fries (they have a separate gluten free fryer) and a chicken Caesar salad. Thank you Red Robin staff :)

Always a trusted option when looking to eat out

My family used to go to Red Robin. Pretty good about my very severe allergies to wheat, barley, cashew, and pistachio. I always got the plain chicken breast which is pretty good.

Our experience was great. Our server was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions with confidence. He was fantastic as a server! We order the kids grilled chicken with French fries and ranch, which the server said was GF without even me asking. We will be back.
