Spanish tortilla tested negative for gluten on my Nima, chicken skewer tested positive. Did not test the manchego and tomatoes, artichoke skewer, or jamon. Waitress had a list of gluten free dishes and was familiar with cross contamination. Some bloating and gas after, but could have been unrelated. Overall felt they made a good effort and most of the food was simple enough that I felt like risk of cross contamination was low.
