Redbird Fried Chicken

Based off information given by the owner, the fried chicken is gluten free but the tenders and fries are not. Also, everything is cooked in a shared fryer.

So, the chicken is gluten free according to the owner. I told them I had a wheat allergy and the owner said no worries, the batter is corn starch, no flour. I’m unsure about the seasoned fries, but the red beans and rice with coleslaw was great. Pretty such the Mac and cheese is made from flour pasta.
