Redemption Restaurant

There is definitely not a gluten free menu. My waitress was not overly informative and so stuck with a safer option the salmon on mashed potatoes and asparagus. Tasted delicious but I did not feel completely assured it was safe. However, no ill effects. I am a sensitive celiac but not overly sensitive. In the end a good choice. I would eat there again but say caution is important.
