I returned to Red’s Eats after eating here 20 years ago prior to a Celiac diagnosis. Got the lobster roll and crab roll on the GF buttermilk bread. The bread was wonderfully toasted and had the texture and pull of any great bread. When my order was taken, I was assured that I would be safe, that the staff would change gloves. Had an AMAZING meal, worth the 2.5 hour wait on Labor Day weekend. I would do it again.
