Went for breakfast and had the GF waffles. I had called to see if they had a separate waffle iron and they don’t (they have two total) but they do clean the iron after every order. The waffle was good and I didn’t get sick but it was early so I may have been the first waffle of the day. Looking at the menu and speaking to the owner, it seems like most of the menu could be made GF as all the bread options are actually just waffles. In other words, they don’t have regular buns, their sandwiches are on waffles! Overall good experience and large portion. Would go back!
