I’ve eaten here safely twice, once at the bar and once seated for dinner. Most of the menu is gluten free and they were able to sub for the bread on a few dishes as well. Staff were easily able to answer questions. Not my favorite food in the Portland area but totally solid option and the drinks menu is good!

95% of the menu at regards is gluten free. They make all their corn tortillas (no flour) on site and they don’t use a fryer. The wait staff instructed me the only thing we have to avoid is a few dishes use soy sauce.

We had the avocado tostadas (amazing), mulitas de queso (think super-crispy quesadilla), oyster mushrooms, and bomba rice. All were so incredible. They have a short but impressive cocktail list. Perfect date night spot!
