They have GF bread not marked on menu so you have to ask. Sever was very knowledgeable about what was GF and advised me what was GF and which sandwiches could be made GF with modifications. Chips are fried not in a dedicated fryer so NOT safe. They did have other GF side options. I had a grilled cheese with bacon and broccoli shred for a side very good! Felt safe. This is one of our favorite places for lunch. The owner has a peanut allergy so he totally understands cross contamination. We’ve eaten here a lot and our kids (both celiac) love it and have never gotten sick. HIGHLY recommend.
