Republic of Texas Bar & Grill

I am so pleased every single time I go to Republic. I'm not super adventurous, so I generally get the same thing every time - herb roasted half chicken and a caesar salad (without croutons, of course). I've also had the roasted garlic mashed potatoes, and woah they were fantastic. The menu doesn't have gluten free options, but the waitstaff is so helpful with figuring out what the options are and the kitchen is great about making it work. I absolutely recommend it for a really nice dinner.

A white table cloth restaurant that was very accommodating to my needs. Steaks are cooked with butter, salt and pepper and no cross contamination. Beautiful setting with an expansive ocean view.
