The staff was very knowledgeable about celiac disease. The waitress explained that the chef and staff are educated and that they have a dedicated kitchen space. Gluten Free options on the menu. What a treat! I feel good after eating there and enjoying the beach atmosphere. The food is incredible, by the way. I had the BLT salad with the fresh catch of the day on top!
