Indian vegan cuisine with many dishes that are gluten free. I really enjoyed the Baigan Bartha, a smoky spiced eggplant dish and Mixed Vegetable Korma cooked in a silky and mild cashew cream sauce.
Went down well with a Mango Lassi.
Just let them know you’re GF. The breads and vermicelli dessert have gluten.
