Food was delicious! You know it's good when the locals are here. Did not see a gluten free menu, but our server was very knowledgeable and very accommodating.

Beyond perfect! We have always had a hard time finding nicer restaurants that follow a more ancestral diet (sort of macrobiotic x keto) and take my gluten allergy seriously.

Rebirth rose to the occasion and prepared what was the best Creole food I'd ever had based entirely on corn and okra (not wheat), and with uniquely inspired substitutions for any bread or flour-based items I needed to skip.

So often as Celiacs we sacrifice flavour for GF ‘safety’, especially compared to our non-GF travel companions - this was certainly not the case here. Hands down best GF meal out of the seven I have eaten in New Orleans or in USA travels in general in fact. The fried oysters in cornmeal on seared lettuce were sublime as was the pork which was melt in your mouth tasty. The dessert was as good as anybodies at the table. Service impeccable and knowledge of staff excellent and confidence inspiring. Would give them six stars if I could. Worth every penny.

This place was recommended by a friend. Nice menu with many gluten free options. The server knew exactly what was gluten free and what could and could not be modified. I ate and ate and ate. Delicious steak and excellent appetizers, which are a treat when you need gluten free!
