Safe to eat the pasta here talking with the chef, just average taste. Very convenient if you’re at the Marriott, however.

I'd been in Europe for about a week and I was fed up with salads. All I wanted was pasta. A non-celiac and I had been staying in the hotel adjacent (the Sheraton grand Salzburg) and one night we decided to try this restaurant. We started with a caprese salad with some of the freshest ingredients I'd ever had. With out asking, they brought me two types of delectable gluten free bread. The service was excellent and spoke English very well. They offered to make all of their classic pasta dishes gluten free. I ordered pesto and grilled chicken and shortly, my meal arrived. The food was amazing and perfect sized. Overall I left satisfied and content by my dining experience.
