I went here craving a steak, so I didn’t necessarily ask for GF menu or items. but I did confirm with the waitress that the seasonings and side (cheese grits) were GF and she was very adamant that she would note the allergy on the ticket as well as tell the chef personally— seems like they know what they’re doing!
— No gluten-free information on the menu
— Some
— Excellent
I went for Sunday brunch and they didn’t have a huge option for gluten free (I don’t like omelets so a big chunk of the menu wasn’t my fav). I did get the chicken meatloaf (without the gravy) and mashed potatoes and it was very very good and I didn’t feel sick later at all!
The waiters are VERY knowledgable about food allergies and the chefs are amazing. I have never had a bad meal here and I've been for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The steak and eggs are great for breakfast. Veggie plates for lunch, and catch of the day for dinner. There are more options, but those are my go-to's. Just let the waiter know your allergies, and they will consult with the chefs to make your experience great. They will create new dishes using fresh, local ingredients to make sure you don't get sick! It's pricy, but so worth it!
