Review of Restaurant Zierbelstube

The menu is marked for allergens. There are no gluten free options (there are two but they are not really gluten free). The staff was attentive but there was no proper information on which ingredient actually contains gluten since most of the food is in fact produced outside the hotel (meat is marinated, gravy is prepared outside the hotel, same as potato salad etc). In the end I ate a salad without any dressing (asked for olive oil) and with chicken strips delivered aside. The gluten was likely in the chicken which I did not eat in the end. Overall I would not recommend this place but as the area does not offer many other options, be aware and discuss with staff on how to deliver your food.
