Restaurante El Corazon

My sister and I have gluten allergies and both had bad reactions after eating here, despite us telling them multiple times, and ordering the GF items on the menu. This might have to do with the fact that the waitress acted like she’d rather be anywhere else on the planet and was horribly rude, but this is the second time I’ve conveyed my allergy to them and have gotten sick anyway. I wrote to them weeks ago and have gotten no reply.

Knowledgeable about gluten free options. Very nice.

I have celiacs and was happy to see the many gd options they had. This included seafood as well as classic Mexican items. I had the taquitos and Mexican corn. Both sooo delicious!!

Chips are not GF due to cross contamination. Did offer to do burrito bowl or tacos but definitely no chips.

Nothing is noted specifically as GF but I ate the table chips and house made corn tortillas and all embellishments and felt great! Tacos and fajitas are recommended.
