Review of Resurgence Brewing Company

Ate at the bar, the bartender was quite helpful. I asked him 2 questions: what brand of GF roll did they use and do they have dedicated fryers. They use Rotella’s bread, and do NOT have dedicated fryers. My burger on the Rotella bread, with a salad, was delicious. And I felt fine the next day, which is always the barometer!
