Offer very few gf items. When I questioned the gf options I was told they don’t have safety protocols in place to ensure I won’t get glutened. When I said I have celiac and get very sick they recommend I don’t eat their food. I give them points for their honesty.

I had coffee that was very good (house made Madagascar vanilla syrup was a win!) Didn't try any baked goods because I wasn't hungry. They were packaged in a trustworthy way though.

They offered GF scones, cookies and biscuits. We enjoyed the carmelozed onion and cheddar biscuit. The flavor and texture were amazing!

This is hands down the best coffee shop in Seward.
