They have a separate menu for gf and casein free, with good variety. Unfortunately, I was eating my grilled chicken and grilled green beans when I noticed a strange thing among the beans. It turned out to be a couple of small cut up pieces of flour tortillas with grill marks. I don't know if they were grilling mine next to someone else's order, if it was left over from a previous order. But I was done and convinced not to eat here again, as a celiac. They apparently don't make extra precautions when cooking for gf needs.
