The chef/owner came out and spoke to me he was able to clean his grill and toast the cheese on it, the other items he was able to point out which ones were gluten-free. He let me know that if I was celiac he could cook it separate if I called in at the beginning of the day! I can take some crossover so there was no problem for me. Celiac call ahead and he will make sure he cleans an area thoroughly before he cooks!
