We went to this restaurant with the idea that I would only be able to eat chips.
However, when we asked the chef if there were any gluten-free options, he offered to make me the burger topping of my choice without the bun (and without the cheese).
Normally I don't eat meat, but I made an exception for this trip as I manage to find little to eat with my intolerances (there also seem to be vegetarian alternatives).
