Not safe at all. I got a very bad reaction. I found out after the fact that they fried the chips and tortillas in the same fryer as Gluten items

Food is excellent. Knowledge of GF is so-so. Chips are fried in same fryer as other non-GF foods, but the waitress said the oil is very hot so no gluten survives.
