Called ahead to ask if they could accommodate celiacs/gluten intolerance and they said everything on their menu that did not contain bread or was pasta could be made or was gluten free. When I arrived they stated that they used separate pans to cook food for gluten intolerances and, at the time of writing this, the fryer was completely gluten free. We enjoyed French fries, salmon, whipped potatoes, and broccolini. The waiter was also reassuring and said his girlfriend had celiacs and took the extra step to make me feel comfortable. Great experience overall.
