Review of Rheinlander Bakery

So many options on display in a case. I have never been to a bakery that had so many items to choose from. I would guess over 20 different GF options! Many df as well. Very cute area of town that is family friendly with other gf dining options nearby.

Their response when I asked about cc. We have a strict protocol as far as labeling and separation of creams and fillings used for gluten free items goes, and during production we have separate work spaces for actual scaling and finishing of items. We also use different types and colors of buckets in addition to labeling to prevent any chance of mixing up batters. Finally, we have an entire dedicated gluten free walk-in freezer to store backups of finished product so they don't come into contact with anything containing gluten.
