Everything was double checked, and food tasty. However they only double checked with me about the chips 10 minutes after we had ordered and when they were found to have a flour coating, didn’t offer an alternative. They also don’t have a gluten free menu, but rather you just ask that your food is gluten free.

This place was great! It seemed very safe and my meal was brought out separately and the cashier asked me a lot of questions before I ordered

I went here a lot before I discovered I was a Coeliac, and when I became gf I continued to go here as they provide great gf options, they can remove basting and gf buns! The only thing is that they do not have chips but that’s okay!😀

I'm surprised they're showing as having a gf menu. Their chips aren't gf and you can get the burgers without buns, which is their version but they're quite clear they won't prepare gf order in a safe way for coeliacs or gluten intolerance

They can only offer a bunless burger without chips. We went elsewhere as they also said they said there may be cross contamination.
They do have a gluten free menu for the burgers. They don’t have gluten free bread though so it comes in a lettuce leaf. They do not have gluten free fries and can’t make them gluten free due to the fried sides being cross contaminated. Still very nice but just expect to have limited choices
