My go to is a large salad with grilled fish, but they have recently added gluten-free pasta which I was assured was boiled in fresh water after speaking with a very knowledgeable waitress. Though some staff are more knowledgeable than others. Last time I was given the Asian dressing despite asking for the House. When I asked, the owner confirmed the Asian dressing contained soy sauce, and quickly made me a new salad with the correct dressing. In our conversation, he seemed to have a good understanding of my intolerance. I will feel safe eating here time and time again.
