This place was great. The owners were really friendly as well. I had the Buddha bowl and it was delicious. The tofu was perfectly cooked. So nice to have a place like this on the coast!

This place is amazing!! Dedicated GF and delicious! I would come to this place again and again! The food is so fresh! Definitely worth the wait! One of the owner’s has celiac so she knows all about GF. You can’t not try this place!

Dedicated gf! I got the fried rice with no peas (can't have peas or green onion bc I'm low FODMAP) and it was delicious. The sauce on the chicken is spicy and homemade. Got it to share with my bf. We didn't know the chicken sauce had strong spice when ordering, so my boyfriend (who can't eat strong spices) couldn't have it. So they made him a special fried rice portion with chicken seasoned with just garlic and soy sauce, and it was on the house! Fantastic service and food. They were very nice and understanding.

Delicious food! Had a Buddha bowl and cheesecake. Really nice people, one of best meals I've had in a long time. Whenever I'm back in the area, I'll be back.

A dedicated GF food truck, with AMAZING fresh food. My husband can sometimes be a picky eater and loved the chicken fried rice. They had great options and the owner has celiac and provided other options in the area that were celiac friendly. It will definitely be a regular stop for our family.

So yummy and all gluten free! Wonderful to find a dedicated GF food truck in this tiny town. The people who run it are super friendly and we tried the tacos and Buddha bowl and loved both. If you want cheesecake, go earlier on the week because they sell out fast

What a great find! Fresh ingredients, good flavors and nice change from typical offerings. The location is off the Main Street Highway 101 a block to the East tucked into a nice stop with tables. I had the tacos and fried rice which were both good. I’ll have to order the Buddha Bowl next time it looked amazing. The couple that run were friendly and nice. I’ll be back

Highly recommend this Hidden gem. I wish it was closer to home. Owner is so nice and you can tell she loves providing fresh gluten free food for her customers. She also has many vegan options which is hard to find w/ GF. We definitely/highly recommend. Food is beyond delicious; veggies are so fresh. Tried most all her options; are favorite is the fried rice. We drive almost 2 hours to eat her food if that says anything.

All the food options are delicious and gluten free! My favorites are the tacos and the cheesecake. The service was amazing and everyone working in the truck is incredibly friendly and welcoming. I always have a great experience and am looking forward to going back!

Vacationing with my family and I was so happy to find this little food truck! I have Celiac and had no problems. The owner is Celiac as well- no cross contamination - amen! Great Buddha Bowl.

This was the best meal we had on the Oregon Coast. We’d spent the previous 2 days in Portland indulging in a lot of rich and fried food and our stomachs weren’t thrilled. I was craving something healthy and this meal quite literally brought me back to life! It’s hard to eat healthy on vacation and to be out of your normal eating routine, but Rice and Shine got us back on track. I had the Buddha bowl with chicken. The chicken was cooked perfectly, the veggies were bright & fresh, and the peanut sauce was super tasty! Plus the staff was super friendly and cheery. We ordered around 2pm on a Saturday, at which point they were starting to run out of ingredients, so I’d recommend going earlier than later. The hours online say they’re open till the evening but the sign in person says they’re opened until they run out. We will definitely be returning the next time we’re on the coast!

Incredible food for anyone - especially those with gluten sensitivity! The entire truck is gluten free they don’t even allow gluten on the property!! Delicious Korean style tacos, fresh vibrant Buddha bowls, and to die for fried rice. I cannot wait to go back everything was so fresh and incredible!

Amazing fresh tasty food! We had the Buddha bowls, one chicken one shrimp- and they were great. The whole truck is dedicated gluten free and celiac safe (owners have celiac) I can’t wait to try the tacos!

I can’t say enough good things about this local little food truck in my hometown. Not only is everything gluten-free, but they have vegan options… Including the most amazing, vegan cheesecake… And seafood options. I know when I eat there I am getting not just delicious food, but high quality ingredients and clean eating. Something that is very important to me.

This is a family owned and operated food truck and the customer service, smiles, and friendliness is an added bonus!

If you are heading to Wheeler, or you are a local, you must try all of the delicious options. It is a Family favored in our house.
