Review of Rice Bistro & Sushi

So my kiddos and I decided to try this restaurant and I was looking forward to GF Chinese. Sadly our server wasn't very good so I am a bit grumpy but will focus on the food experience. Their gluten free offerings are great. The only caveat is that anything that is fried is fried in a community fryer so if you have celiac you may want to steer clear of anything fried even if it's labeled gluten free. There were a lot of options even without the fried stuff. We had fried rice with chicken which was very good. My kiddos wanted some sweet and sour sauce which was GF. I had the sushi and the fish was excellent. The rice was a little mushy so my rolls kept falling apart but overall it was good. I spoke with the manager to clarify their GF offerings and he said that when they get a gluten free order they are very careful to clean the pans and take precautions. I think this is a great place to try but clarify if you have celiac and need them to be extra careful and ask questions. They seemed a bit clueless about cross-contamination.
