SUCH accommodating, knowledgeable staff. I have never had any trouble ordering with gluten free modifications, and the waiters I have can identify gluten free and non gluten free menu items. I will say I am gluten free by choice from an autoimmune disease, not celiacs, so I am not as knowledgeable about cross-contamination risk at this establishment. They have a sushi, Chinese, and Japanese menu. The prices are incredibly reasonable for the servings. I highly recommend the gluten free chow fun- they even had shrimp breaded in gluten free starch so I felt reunited with breaded/fried shrimp!
