The waitress was very helpful. When I stated I wasn’t going to eat due to all my allergies, she stated that it was safe to eat there, and the kitchen staff to get very seriously taking all the precautions. Items are mark GF on menu. The kitchen staff were very knowledgeable. When the food came to the table, the waitress stated that the side dish that was ordered contained an allergen of mine; therefore , they did not serve it to me. They offered a different side dish that did not contain any of my food allergens including gluten. The kitchen staff used new utensils new gloves. No cross-contamination occurred. No symptoms of allergic reaction nor gluten reaction to celiac.

I was driving through and met a client for brunch. There was no gluten-free menu and the waiter was very dismissive of my questions. I should have pressed him but it was awkward because I was just meeting this client for the first time. I ordered a breakfast pizza with a cauliflower crust.
I was so terribly sick about 90 minutes later (how I react) and vomited for about 90 minutes. It was horrible. I hope I have learned my lesson and will be more insistent.
