Update from 2023. They now have a separate listing of gf items and will mark the ticket for gluten allergy- which is much appreciated. As before I think all the meats are gf, and I know it said all the sauces are gf. Quite a few sides are gf. Be sure to say no texas toast just to be safe because they will place it right on top otherwise.
