Staff not clear about gluten free parts of menu and specific items being gluten free like sauces or other parts of the bowl. Gluten free labeling on menu is vague. Did not feel comfortable eating here based on the staffs knowledge around gluten free items.

Food was delicious and authentic. I got a bowl with salmon, rice, beans, and other veggies. Plus, we finished the meal off with some guava flan. I’m excited to go back to try their tostones. I will be going back!

Truly amazing food—tacos, arepas, bowls are all GF! Plenty of options for somebody who is GF, and although I can’t vouch for somebody who is celiac, they seem more equipped then other places to deal with cross contamination and what not.

Love this place! The Tostons and arepas are GF and soooo good! They are very accommodating to food allergies.

We LOVE this place because it is delicious EVERY SINGLE TIME! Brittany is so sweet and even remembers us and our food allergies and Celiac. Just mention Celiac and other food allergies and remind them to change gloves which they are more than happy to do. The rice bowls, arepas, salads are gluten free! They also have a lot of toppings and add ons that are gluten free as well! Family friendly, great service and fresh ingredients. This place is one of our FAVORITES!
