They told me all would be good. I had the Gluten Free pulled pork Nachos. I was sick that night for hours. I should have read the reviews first as my nachos had the cheese on them. So I guess the kitchen staff did not read the order as the waiter told me he wrote Celiac all over the order. The food was good. I also had the salad with just olive oil so that should have been fine. So make sure to check your food over here.

This is the restaurant for the private beach club at the Ritz-Carlton Sarasota. I ordered the pulled pork nachos which were listed as GF on the menu, however the queso isn’t gluten free so they came out with just toppings and no cheese. They had some other options and I should have just done that. The chicken wings are baked, they have multiple salads, and said they could do a lettuce wrapped burger. I did not have a reaction after eating the “nachos” though and I’m very sensitive.
