Riggatti's Wood Fired Pizza

They have a cauliflower pizza crust. They do say there is some cross contamination from the pizza paddle and oven but they will do whatever they can to minimize the contamination. All the toppings are safe and even the Alfredo is made in house so it’s safe according to the workers.

They do not take ant precautions to avoid cross contamination and the gluten free crust was not very good. My husband said his regular pizza was very good. It's probably a great pizza place, but don't eat here if you are celiac.
