I ordered the pupusa, sope, and Menudo 32 oz. While nothing on the menu is labeled gluten free, items labeled corn dough or the like are. It’s a very tradition Mexican place and many things on its menu are natural gluten free. I can’t state anything to its safety practices but the food tasted good and I didn’t react. I did ask one item to be without cheese and cheese was still there, take as you will.
