We love these doughnuts. But agree don’t go expecting a normal doughnut, they are their own thing. Mildly sweet, delicious cake, with a moistness that must come from the tofu - we like them much better than overly sweet frosted/sugary doughnuts. The flavors change often - with ones like ube and sakura, but also chocolate chip and cheesecake. It’s definitely a special treat for my daughter with celiac who doesn’t love overly sweet things. YUM!
