Avoid. At. All. Costs.
Got steak quesadilla and rice. Stated I had severe gluten allergy. Usual questions.
3 hours later and I have never been this sick before. Severe stomach cramps and severe intestinal distress.

Came on a Tuesday night, service wasn't that great...also food was pretty mid. Had high hopes based off all the good reviews. The chile con queso was probably the best thing we got, I got the chicken, steak, and barbacoa tacos. Couldn't even finish the barbacoa one because it was way too spicy. If you like spicy you might like it because the meat was good but the sauce was too much for me. Don't feel sick or anything but definitely won't be returning here.

We’re able to cater to me a very sensitive celiac. I ordered fajitas they use gluten free soy for the marinade it was fantastic and they brought out the soy sauce for me to look at. Good service really appreciative.

My husband had cheese and onion enchiladas and I had chicken and lime cilantro taco's. Both were excellent. Anything on menu can be modified to be GF except burritos. Margaritas are very good too Service was knowledgeable and friendly.

Everything is gf except the flour tortillas. I had a fish taco and a relleno taco and they were both delicious. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend.

The menu doesn’t specify what items are GF. My server said they can make adjustments to almost anything on the menu. I had tacos that were delicious! Their homemade chips and quac were amazing too. I didn’t get sick.

Went last night and was so impressed with how seriously they took celiac prep. Everything was explained. They changed gloves. Manager checked with me frequently. I had the mahi mahi tacos... amazing! Great food, friendly and knowledgable staff. Highly recommend.

First place I’ve been able to have quesadillas at in years! Got the steak ones and they were delicious. The Cesar salad was also very fresh and yummy. Most of their food is or can be made gluten free.

Waitress informed us that everything was gluten free except the flour tortillas now so there is no longer a separate GF menu. We had a great meal!

Kitchen now uses rice flour for breading. Does still have flour tortillas. Relleno was out of this world.
Yes
Good for GF. Chips are fine and pretty much everything can be made GF, including quesadillas which I was excited about! But food itself is really meh/mediocre

Gf burrito, good as a celiac

Service was horrible. Walked in and asked if they had a gluten free menu. The hostess handed me a "600 calorie or less" menu and when I asked again she handed me the regular menu. Waiter came over a total of 2x, once to take our order and once to give us our check. Food was less than average. I won't be returning.

Eh. Not too impressed.

Best veggie fajitas ever! They (boulder & denver locations) have always been great dealing with all my food allergies and vegan diet. Best margaritas too!
new review — chips are all gf and made in a different dedicated gf facility. almost everything is gf again, yay!
(old review) New menu now, mostly the same as before but almost everything can be made gf. The chips for the nachos are not gf, but the chips and salsa set on the table are gf. Waiter was super knowledgeable and let me know that they do have a dedicated gf fryer ... I decided not to risk it and had chicken and steak tacos wrapped in lettuce. Very good!

Staff is knowledgeable and careful with allergens and cross contamination. The server told me that their breading is GF and their fryer is dedicated. All their sauces and salsas are GF as well. The dine-in menu is not marked but they have a GF menu on their website if you scroll to the bottom of the menu. Everything was delicious and service was great. Best of all, no issues afterwards!

Hadn't been here in years! Was super impressed with staffs knowledge of Celiac Disease. Had a margarita, nachos, chips and salsa, and tacos. Was very tasty and I did not have any reaction and I am a sensitive Celiac. Very exciting since a lot of Mexican places don't have much to offer for Celiacs! Highly recommend the GF Beer battered taco!!

Went here for the first time in a while the other week and was able to have a GF beer battered taco; I was skeptical (as one might be) knowing that batter in general and beer are a combo that could easily cause a glutening, but the server confirmed that both the batter and the beer used in the batter were gluten free. loved the confidence and attention to detail from the staff, and it was great to have an item I rarely can have other places!
