Went with family and found this place to be a home-run for a GF, dairy free and sesame free meal. The chips were fried in a dedicated fryer. The menu had identifications for GF. Although we didn’t use it, we were offered a vegan menu and told they had vegan cheese available. The server knew the menu inside and out and were incredibly kind. Highly recommend this place and will definitely be back.

Excellent experience!! The waitress was very friendly and very knowledgeable with celiacs and cross contamination! Highly recommend!!! Chips are fried in a separate fryer and they have many GF options!

So confused and disappointed. Based on all the positive reviews, we assumed that eating here would be fine and were relying on it for dinner. However, the door host said their food was not at all safe for celiacs and advise me not to eat here in no uncertain terms. He said that there were no procedures in place to reduce cross contamination. Being a Sunday, we were lucky to get to the next door supermarket just before it closed and grabbed some cheese and salad for dinner :-(

My husband and I use to travel over an hour to enjoy Rio. Unfortunately during our last dinner we found out the items we most enjoyed were being fried in a shared fryer. Really disappointed to see so many options labeled GF that are actually not safe.

Love it here, staff is very knowledgeable and really went above and beyond for me. They did let me know the fried plantains may have some cross contact, they are labeled gluten free on the menu but the waiter was aware of it and let me know, I was able to get street corn instead. So so delicious I highly recommend. Can't wait to go back and try all the other options!

We were headed to Foxwoods for the weekend and wanted to eat somewhere more chill when we got to town. This was a great spot! We grabbed an online reservation easily and when we arrived we were seated on the beautiful deck.

This was a true treat because almost everything was gluten free so my husband and I could share our meals. The chips are fried in a dedicated GF fryer, so we had chips and salsa then split 2 of the make your own tacos. We had the barbacoa and the chicken. Both were great, but in my opinion the beef was better.

Oh and the margaritas were STRONG.

The food was good but 75% of what is marked GF is fried in a shared fryer. My waiter was very nice but clueless even after talking to the kitchen. He brought a manager over who explained they used to have a dedicated fryer but got rid of it so the only safe GF items were the tacos. Tacos were good and I didn’t get sick but really disappointing :(

This place was GREAT! So many options and clear direction as to what was gf. Everything was delicious and the staff was so friendly and helpful. I ordered a drink that turned out to be Tooo spicy and he easily switched it out. The ambiance was cool and the flan was the smoothest I have ever tasted. Great portion sizes… I would even say a little too much. I’d would def head here again.

Wow! What a delicious Valentine’s Day dinner. Much of the menu is GF and celiac safe. Staff was knowledgeable and even circled back to make sure we were aware that one item we ordered was not celiac safe (that guest was not GF and it was OK). I assure you we will be back.
